Description : Cannot receive a fax <Received in memory>
How to print a stored fax

If you see "Received in memory" in the LCD, the received fax will be stored in memory without being output.
After "Received in memory" is displayed on the LCD, the In Use/Memory lamp starts flashing.
Memo:
After clearing the error by pressing the Stop/Reset button, press the FAX button to start printing the stored fax.
Note:
If the machine loses power, all faxes stored in memory will be lost.


Remaining ink amount is low. Replace the applicable ink tank with a new one.
- When the ink tank is replaced: The machine starts printing the received fax automatically.
- When the ink tank is not replaced: The machine continues receiving faxes in memory. Print the stored faxes manually following the procedures below.
Memo:
If you press the FAX button, you can check the current ink status.


1. Press the Menu button.
2. Use the right/left cursor button to select Memory reference, then press the OK button.


3. Use the up/down cursor button to select Print specified document, then press the OK button.
4. Use the up/down cursor button to select the reference number (from 5001 to 9999) you want to print, then press the OK button.
Memo:
When you do not know the reference number, print the Memory list.
5. Use the up/down cursor button to specify whether to print only first page or not, then press the OK button.
The machine starts printing.
6. Press the Back button.


7. Use the up/down cursor button to select Delete specified document, then press the OK button.
8. Use the up/down cursor button to select the reference number (from 5001 to 9999) you want to delete, then press the OK button.
