Solution
Before using the Scan to File Server function (SMB), the following settings are required:
- Network settings
Connect the computer and the machine and set the IP address to communicate through a network.
- Setting the computer (as a file server)
Set the computer corresponding to your system environment.
- Setting the machine
Set the machine to be able to send documents to the file server.
1. Connect the LAN Cable.
2. Set the IP Address.

Setup the computer as a file server.
